We are using Olive Garden’s menu for inspiration tonight. They have optimized and inspired a whole genre of restaurants…the American Italian Restaurant. We will be giving it the old G&R spin of course but classic American Italian is the name of the game tonight. There will be gallons upon gallons of our house red sauce, we will even make it available to take home if you like it…you’re going to like it.
